A workshop led by biishoss, the artistic name of Mohammed Hadia, a Palestinian artist and fashion designer, exploring the artistic and political potential of natural dyeing and botanical eco-printing. Through sustainable techniques and materials collected directly in Palestine, participants will be guided on a creative journey that unites craftsmanship, ecological reflection, and cultural memory. biishoss uses fashion as a tool for visual storytelling and as a form of resistance. The workshop stems from an approach that blends contemporary aesthetics with traditional knowledge, where each print becomes a mark of identity, each color a reference to the land of origin. The proposed experience is based on a sustainable and poetic practice, making visible the connections between environment, history, bodies, and territories. Beyond the technical dimension, the workshop configures itself as an artistic and cultural exchange capable of generating spaces for dialogue and listening. Each print is a gesture of care, each color a thread linking present to past. The experience gives space to a Palestine that resists, using traditional knowledge and contemporary art as tools for testimony and transformation.

Bio

Mohammad Hadia, known as biishoss, is a fashion designer who uses fashion as an expressive language to explore themes of identity, belonging, and resistance. His work is situated at the intersection of contemporary aesthetics and Palestinian cultural heritage, highlighting local artisanal techniques, materials, and inherited knowledge. Through the use of natural dyes and eco-friendly production processes, he explores the relationship between sustainability, collective memory, and artistic practice. Each project stems from in-depth research and direct dialogue with the social and geographical context of reference, transforming the act of dressing into a conscious and symbolic act. He is the founder and director of the brand Biishoss Store and the cultural project Palestine Sewing.
