Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter “the Regulation”), we inform you that the personal data you provide (email address) will be processed for the purpose of sending informational/promotional newsletters.
Providing your data is optional; however, in the absence of consent, we will not be able to proceed with sending the newsletter.
Your data will not be disclosed and will be processed primarily through automated means using tools designed to ensure security and confidentiality. It may be accessed within our organization by individuals we trust, who have been designated as Data Processors or Authorized Persons and perform, on our behalf, technical, IT, and organizational operations strictly necessary for the execution of the aforementioned activities. Your personal data will be stored in full compliance with the security measures set forth in the data protection laws and will be retained until you object to receiving communications.
The privacy regulation (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) grants you the right to access your data at any time, as well as to correct and/or complete it if inaccurate or incomplete, to request its deletion or the limitation of its processing if applicable, to object to its processing for reasons related to your particular situation, and to request the portability of the data you have provided, where processed in an automated manner for the contractual services you requested, within the limits established by the Regulation (Article 20).
