She has worked with various entities in Emilia-Romagna, including Santarcangelo Festival, from 2002 to 2014, and works with Motus as administrative officer and production manager since 2005.

Giuseppe Mariani
Counselor

After a degree in Economics and Commerce, he followed an MBA program in the entertainment sector.

He has gained significant experience by working for ten years at the Arena del Sole in Bologna as administrative officer and organization manager for original production of live performances.

He is one of the founding partners of Cronopios, where he carries on project management, business consultancy and training activities.

Silvia Calderoni
Counselor

Appointment date: 26/02/2025, in office until 26/02/2028

An actress and performer, she approached theatre through the training school of Teatro Valdoca and has been collaborating continuously with Motus since 2005. She played Marlene in Rumore rosa, dedicated to Fassbinder, and later starred in X(ics) Racconti Crudeli della Giovinezza and as Antigone in the project Syrma Antigónes. In 2011 she performed alongside Judith Malina in the production The Plot Is the Revolution. She has also starred in Nella tempesta, Caliban Cannibal, the semi-opera King Arthur, and the acclaimed solo performance MDLSX, for which she also collaborated on the dramaturgy.
