In September 2024, Everything Burns, the special project on the Trojan Women debuts for the first time as a trilogy abroad.
The work is hosted by the Turteatern in Stockholm, in a wide-ranging project including performances, talks with the public and meetings with local young artists*. The project is realised in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm, Stockholms Konstnรคrliga Hรถgskola (Stockholm University of the Arts), Regione Emilia-Romagna and ATER Fondazione.
Italian Council
We are proud to announce that we are among the winners of the prestigious Italian Council Call, an initiative of the Ministry of Culture dedicated to promoting the production and dissemination of contemporary Italian creation in the field of visual arts.
The winning project, entitled [รDIO], is a filmic/documentary work that will emerge from an investigation conducted with adolescents alongside the second movement of the project on monstrosities ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป (๐ฎ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ) – which will debut in autumn 2025. This video-opera will explore the difficult subject of violence during one of the most sensitive phases of life, offering a visionary and raw portrait of the destructive feelings that are emerging in an almost epidemic manner even more so in recent years. It will not be a sociological analysis, but a merciless montage of the covered-face ‘confessions’ of young people encountered during various residencies in Italian and foreign cities.
